Christmas weekend was bad. I reached my weekly calorie limit in 2 days. But Monday came and I wasn’t going to let a bad weekend get in my way. I reset my week on the Poundaweek app and I hit my mental refresh button. I am ready to get back on track and drop that pound by next Sunday.
But with a New Year come new holidays it can be hard to justify getting back into the routine. Well this year there are no excuses on my end.
